Hilly comes to The Hansen Group with a culinary degree & over 26 years of foodservice experience.  His unique skill set, wide range of experience, entrepreneurial spirit and team-oriented drive to win will serve The Hansen Group team members well. 

Hilly’s most recent achievement, as the proud co-owner of High Roller Sushi, has been a highlight of his career.  He and his former business partners started in 2015 with a concept and by the end of 2019 had sold close to $3 million dollars in gross sales.  Some notable customers were Delta, Mercedes Benz Stadium, GWCC, Omni Hotel and most of the movie set caterers.  Unfortunately, like many other restaurants and caterers, High Roller Sushi became a casualty of the pandemic and had to close their doors.   

Hilly believes when one door closes another will open.  He has been wanting to be a manufacturer rep with The Hansen Group for over 10 years and is happy to walk through this door to begin an exciting new chapter in his career.   

Hilly is married to his wonderful wife Michele and is the proud father of two great boys, Max (13) & Zac (10).  In his free time, he loves watching his boys play travel baseball, seeing the world (when the boys are at camp for the month of July) with Michele and playing professional poker on the World Series of Poker circuit.  

Lastly, Hilly is a big fan of game shows and after his graduation from college, joined very small group of people in the world.  Hilly, was a contestant and showcase winner on The Price is Right…Bob Barker as the host of course.
