Here's what makes John special: imagine having both a Certified Executive Chef and a Certified Foodservice Professional in one person - that's John! He knows commercial kitchens inside and out, from both the chef's and business owner's perspective. 

John's story is fascinating. After earning his BS in Business Administration from The Citadel in Charleston, he followed his passion for food by pursuing culinary arts at Trident Technical College.  

Beyond the office, John's heart belongs to his family - his wife Diana (they've been sharing life's adventures for 18 years!) and their three energetic boys: Andrew, William, and Patrick. Want to know what kind of person John is? He paddled through the Canadian wilderness for seven days - talk about embracing challenges with a smile! It's exactly this adventurous spirit that makes him perfect for tackling our clients' toughest kitchen challenges.
