In the early years of his career, Larry worked in operations for restaurants and country clubs across Georgia and the Carolinas. Then in 2014, an opportunity came up for him to sell kitchen equipment for a family-owned dealership in Georgia. It was there that he really discovered just how much more there was for him to learn in this industry.  

Looking back, Larry knows his success in the industry would never have happened without the love and unwavering support of his best friend and wife, Erin. They have two boys, Noah and Cooper, and one granddaughter named Mona. Larry and Erin enjoy going to concerts, watching sports, and dining out together whenever they can. For exercise and fun, Larry's personal go-to is playing disc golf - a hobby he's quite passionate about. 

Why did he choose THG?  The employees' enthusiasm for working at the Hansen Group, his conversations with Wayne and Dave about the business and team, and the positive industry reputation all factored into his decision to join.
