Michael Riley is a Partner at The Hansen Group, overseeing the sales team in the MAFSI 14 region while maintaining direct sales responsibilities. With over a decade of experience, Michael began his journey with The Hansen Group in 2011 as an Outside Sales representative in South Georgia. In 2015, he transitioned to the Atlanta market, focusing on key distribution channels, and in 2023, he achieved the milestone of becoming principal of the MAFSI 14 region, relocating to Mississippi to expand the company’s reach. 

A graduate of Georgia Southern University, Michael brings a strong understanding of commercial kitchen equipment application and design, with expertise spanning K-12, chain restaurants, healthcare, c-stores, and independent restaurants. He leads a sales team across six states and excels at creating tools to increase efficiency. His consultative sales approach is guided by The Hansen Group’s core values: pursue excellence always, happen to things, outperform yourself, and do what you say. 

Outside of work, Michael enjoys coaching and watching his boys play baseball and spending quality time with his wife.
