Tabitha’s proud to call Slidell, Louisiana her home, where she built both her family and career just outside of New Orleans. As a mother to two wonderful daughters and grandmother to her precious little ones, she cherishes every moment they spend together.

Her 30-year journey in hospitality has taken her from fine dining establishments to quick-service restaurants, starting as a front-of-house team member before discovering her passion for kitchen operations. Through dedication and eagerness to learn, Tabitha has grown to master various roles across operations, training, and human resources, building a comprehensive understanding of the restaurant industry along the way.
