Chad had been in the food industry for 25 years, most recently as an Executive Chef for several country clubs in Northern Utah. Chad has worked in kitchens all over the west, from healthcare to military foodservice contracts, to large entertainment venues. When not at work, he loves golfing, flyfishing, geeking out on knives, and spending time with his 3 teenagers and fantastic wife of 21 years.
