Jimmy Velotas

Jimmy Velotas has been part of the foodservice industry since 2006. Prior to that, he managed two restaurants, Maui Tacos and The Fish Market restaurant. He attended Auburn University, where he majored in Business Administration. His family includes his spouse, Mary, whom he married in 2006, and their children, Emma, who is 15, and Michael, who is 12. They also have two dogs, Leon and Princess, a cat named Kitty, and a snake named Pumpkin. In his leisure time, Jimmy enjoys watching Auburn sports and spending time with his family at the beach or on the water.
